TWO WAYS TO SEARCH FOR TOLL FREE NUMBER

National Toll Free Database Search
Search for the number(s) of your choice directly from the national toll free number database. You may conduct as many searches as you would like to find the number that is perfect for you. Search for up to 10 numbers at a time, or for one number only.

Vanity Search
Search the Specialty, Preferred and Standard Kall8 numbers database.Enter up to 10 alpha or numeric characters you would like to have as part (or all) of your Kall 8 phone number. Results using the Vanity Search may return numbers that are categorized as Standard or Preferred and rates vary according to type of Kall8 number.

Call Recording & Retrieval Service
There is no equipment to buy, no minimums, and no usage related fees. In addition to the normal Kall8 charges of 6.9¢ per minute, there are two options from which to pick. Both options include saving and storing every message for 30 days from the time it is recorded. It also includes the provision of a personalized greeting prior to recording such as, "Thank you for calling [Company]. Your call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance. Please wait while your call is being connected".

• High Volume Users:
  One time setup fee: $60
  Monthly fee: $60 for 3,000 recorded messages
  (Each additional block of 3,000 recorded messages is an extra $60 per month)
• Archiving calls past 30 days:
  $50 per month up to 3,000 messages and an additional $5 per month for each block of messages over 3,000. A block of archived messages consists of 1,000 calls.
• Low Volume Users:
  One time set up fee: $10
  Monthly fee: $10 plus 5¢ per recorded call.
• Archiving calls past 30 days: $10 per month plus 5¢ per call per month.

Calls From Payphones
Calls to a Kall8 toll free number that originate from a payphone are charged at $0.60 per call in addition to the normal per minute rate (this surcharge is per call not per minute). Toll free numbers may be blocked from receiving calls from payphones for a one time charge of $10 per number blocked. To have them unblocked again is another $10.

*Calls originating in Alaska and Hawaii are an additional 25¢ per minute, calls originating in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands are an additional 21¢ per minute.

**The only exceptions to this new rate are some small rural areas amounting to less than 1% of the population, i.e. area codes 250 (Vancouver Island), 709 (Newfoundland) and 867 (Yukon & NW Territories), which still have call origination surcharges of 6¢, 6¢ and 42¢ per minute respectively.
