What do I do if I miss my verification call?

Just go to our order form and re-enter your order. (You will not have to re-enter the entire order, just your phone, email, and zip code.) Our software will detect that you are already in the system, and prompt you to trigger another verification call.

What are the PNG billing options?

PNG is a direct-billed service, which means customers will receive a separate statement each month for their service. You can either pay your bill by check or by AutoPay (credit card draft). Note: The 3.9 program is automatic e-bill. An additional $1.00 will be charged for paper billing on the 3.9 program.

What are the billing increments?

The billing increments vary by the plan you sign up for: The 3.9 program has 60 second increments with a 60 second minimum. 4.25 program has 6 second increments with an 18 second minimum. 4.5 program has 6 second increments with a 30 second minimum. Note: The PNG Stand Alone Travel Card has 6 second increments with a 30 second minimum.

What are PNG's PICC and USF fees?

The FCC imposed PICC fee is $4.31/line for additional Commercial lines (the first commercial line and all residential lines are free of charge). The FCC imposed USF (Universal Service Fund) of 10.2% will be charged on all interstate and international calls. Carrier fees are calculated at 7.7% of interstate and international usage and 17.9% of intrastate usage. NOTE: The PICC fee on Business Centrex lines is $2.00 per line. You will need to notify PowerNet Global after your new account is established to make this billing adjustment.

How will I know if I'm switched to PNG?

Just call (toll free) 1-700-555-4141 and listen for Qwest or Wiltel. These are PNG's Network Providers.

Under what name will the charges appear on my phone bill?

Customers will receive a separate statement directly from PNG.

Does the $2.50 fee apply to each service separately?

This fee applies only to the 3.9 Plan and is incurred only if the total usage of all services on the account is less than $15 in any billing period.

How long should it take for service to be activated?

Please allow 7 to 10 days for the switch-over to take effect pending credit approval.

Does PNG offer calling cards?

Yes. The Travel Card rate is currently 9.7 per minute. All calling card calls will be listed on your monthly bill. Stand-Alone Travel Card customers will receive a separate bill. Please note that PNG charges a Telecommunications Infrastructure Fee is $.99 per month per customer on calling cards.

Does PNG offer Account Codes (PACs)?

Yes, PNG offers Account Codes at no additional charge for business customers.

Does PNG credit switching fees?

Yes! Just write your PNG account number on your Local Phone Bill (with the switch fee) and fax it to the PNG Customer Service Department at 1-888-247-8892. You may also mail it to PNG via US Mail (their address will appear on your invoice).

Can I order PowerDial and OnePlus service together?

Yes. You can order 1, or all of PNG's services at the same time. Just indicate on our order form which services you are interested in. It's that easy!

Do I need to cancel my old LD company?

Yes. Upon receipt of the welcome letter from PowerNet Global cancel your old long distance company. PNG has no authorization to cancel any long distance accounts for you. When a long distance company charges a monthly fee, they will continue to charge you until you contact them and cancel your service. Even if you are not sending traffic to the old company you will be charged the monthly fee.

New Toll Free Service fee

Beginning September 1, 2005, PNG will charge a $1.00 monthly fee per toll free number. All new accounts and existing accounts will be affected.
