Do I need to change my long-distance service at home?

NO. The AccuChat calling card is a stand-alone card. You don't need to change your home long-distance carrier to get this card.

Can I use the AccuChat Card at my Home or Office?

YES. Utilizing our QuickChat Service, we can program our network to recognize your phone number so you don't have to input your 11 digit PIN number when calling from one of two predesignated phone numbers you choose!

Are there any setup fees?

Yes. Each account has a one-time activation fee of $1 per calling card for the first 5 calling cards for a maximum setup fee of $5.

What about monthly minimums?

There are no monthly minimums. If you don't use your card(s), you don't get billed.

Are there any additional or hidden fees?

If you use your card during a billing cycle you are charged a $1 billing fee. State and federal taxes also apply.

When may I use the AccuChat Card to place a call?

The AccuChat Card will be active between 7 to 10 business days of receiving your application.

How long will it take to receive the AccuChat Card?

Accounts are provisioned within one business day. Cards are mailed the same day when accounts are provisioned. Cards should be delivered within 3 to 5 days.

Can I make international calls with the AccuChat card?

AccuChat does not allow international termination calls except to Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
